Job Summary   The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the assigned Senior Operations Leaders, as well as working on special projects to expand professional knowledge. Job Summary   The Senior Marketing Manager, Creative Services is responsible for overseeing the internal design & copy resources at naviHealth, a shared service across the organization delivering assets for the Marketing, Internal Comms, Product, Clinical Leadership and Provider/Patient Relations teams. Job Summary NaviHealth is looking to hire a Clinical Compliance Analyst that will assist the Clinical Compliance Team in regulatory reporting and help to identify trends and opportunities within the department to streamline processes, and tools to help the team to become more efficient and to allow growth. This individual will closely work with the Clinical Compliance Managers within the department as well as key internal stakeholders, such as Pre-service, Central Support Operations, Appeals and Denials and various teams in IT. A large part of the work will include generating regulatory reports, completing quality assessments as required by CMS/Medicare, NCQA and Health Plan SLA’s, utilizing clinical skills and data analysis and manipulation.   Responsibilities          - Generate regulatory reports on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly cadence. - Analyze data for logical inconsistencies and identify and correct data discrepancies. - Provide education to key internal stakeholders stemming from quality checks on regulatory reports. - Work closely with Clinical Compliance Managers to provide accuracy in regulatory reporting, meeting CMS/NCQA and Health Plan SLA’s. - Work closely with interdepartmental teams, such as Pre-service, Central Support Operations, IT, and Appeals and Denials. - Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to help streamline and reduce manual processes and risk of inaccuracies. - Manipulate data from various reports. - Maintain confidentiality of all PHI information in compliance with HIPPA, federal and state regulations and laws. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Job Summary The Senior Manager of Privacy Operations will support the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer and Sr. Director of Regulatory Compliance and Privacy in the development and maintenance of ongoing privacy-related efforts at the company. This role will be responsible for the maturation of privacy-related policies, procedures and internal controls; while contributing to the strategic direction for the company’s privacy program, related processes, and training. This role will provide risk-based and solutions-oriented advice to a broad spectrum of internal clients related to the processing and governance of personal data, personal identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI). This role will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities for programmatic mitigations and controls and implementing operational improvements as the Privacy Program and company continue to grow.   Responsibilities - Manage the daily operations of the Privacy Program. - Developing and maturing processes and procedures to maintain compliance with company policies, as well as applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines; - Developing and reviewing content for training materials, guidance documents and other communications to increase employee understanding of company privacy policies, data handling practices and legal obligations, as well as to ensure awareness of “best practices” on privacy and data security issues via local communications plans. - Performing regular privacy assessments of business processes, providing practical and timely advice to internal clients to design processes in compliance with applicable data protection requirements, while protecting the company’s integrity and reputation; - Assisting business process owners and internal stakeholders in completing data inventories, to mitigate any residual risks; - Maturing vendor privacy and security risk management process at the Company to ensure that all vendors with potential access to personal data, PII and PHI are appropriately vetted; - Overseeing monitoring/auditing plan for privacy compliance with internal data protection policies and processes; - Managing process for responding to data subject requests and reports of potential privacy and data incidents (in compliance with Privacy Counsel and Litigation); - Working closely with our engineering, product, IT, and enterprise risk teams to identify and employ internal tools to strengthen operational processes and implement improved programmatic mitigations and controls. - Keeping abreast of privacy developments affecting clients (e.g., evolving guidance out of the European Union, California Privacy Act, discussions of US privacy laws, CAN-SPAM and e-privacy developments) and proactively anticipating potential changes needed to privacy program to meet new regulatory requirements; and, - Perform other support duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Job Summary The Privacy Specialist will support the Sr. Director of Regulatory Compliance and Privacy, and Sr. Manager of Privacy Operations; and is responsible for the implementation of all aspects of privacy and security breach case investigations, reporting, monitoring and improvement efforts. The Privacy Specialist II assists with projects, incident reporting, breach reporting, and development of content for website, newsletters. The position monitors policies and procedures to align with and reflect current and future state and federal regulations (including HIPAA and HITECH). The Privacy Specialist is responsible for completing Privacy Incident Intakes, Accounting of Disclosures, and Amendment Requests to patient records. The position is also responsible for project management and leading training sessions, as well as tracking, solving, and documenting HIPAA-related Privacy incidents.    Responsibilities - Prepares and completes all steps necessary to resolve privacy incidents. This includes: - Prepares intake documentation, contact involved parties, conduct interviews, and research data of privacy incident to complete case. - Uses risk assessment standards to determine breach and reporting requirements. - Prepares documentation of entire process and a summary report to the Privacy Manager and the Privacy Officer. - Works with all levels of staff and clinicians including department heads, market and central operations, information systems, security, office of general counsel, and human resources. Uses influence vs. authority to get documentation from staff and clinicians to solve cases. - Manages requests for training across enterprise, coordinates schedule, and prepares final PowerPoint Presentations and other materials to the specific department needs. - Coordinates, manages, and delivers New Employee Orientation training. - In conjunction with the Manager of Privacy Operations, conducts department specific and role-based HIPAA training as a refresher or, because of a HIPAA privacy incident. - Facilitates and promotes activities to foster information privacy awareness through development of creative communication strategies and messages to specific audiences. - Maintains integrity of privacy breach files with all supporting documentation and systems. Responsible for ensuring mailings to breached individuals are accurate, timely and recorded for regulatory requirements and reporting. - Prepares Accounting of Disclosure reports for patients upon request. - Responds to requests for information regarding privacy policies and procedures utilizing HIPAA policies, intranet page and the enterprise policy management system. - Works with Information Systems on research projects aimed to improve and support privacy and security functionality. - Assists with policy drafting and updates by tracking developments in state and federal regulations and laws. - Suggests continuous improvement and solutions for Privacy Office. Identifies root causes of issues, assesses trends, recommends changes, and reports these to the Privacy Manager. - Develops knowledge of applicable federal and state privacy laws and monitors advancements in information privacy technologies to assist with organizational adaptation and compliance. - Perform other support duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Job Summary The Skilled Inpatient Care Coordinator (SICC) plays an integral role in optimizing patients’ recovery journeys.  The SICC completes weekly functional assessments and engages the PAC inter-disciplinary care team providing them with the proprietary nH Outcome tool to align expectations for discharge planning. The position engages patients and families to share information and facilitate informed decisions.   By serving as the link between patients and the appropriate health care personnel, the SICC is responsible for ensuring efficient, smooth, and prompt transitions of care.   Responsibilities - Perform Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assessments on patients using clinical skills and appropriate measurement tools, such as nH Predict, nH Outcome, InterQual and CMS criteria, upon admission to SNF and periodically through the patient stays. - Review targets for Length of Stay (LOS), target outcomes, and discharge plans with providers and families. - Complete all SNF concurrent reviews, updating authorizations on a timely basis. - Collaborate effectively with the patients’ health care teams to establish an optimal discharge. The health care team includes physicians, referral coordinators, discharge planners, social workers, physical therapists, etc. - Assure patients’ progress toward discharge goals and assist in resolving barriers. - Participate weekly in SNF Rounds providing accurate and up to date information to the naviHealth Sr. Manager or Medical Director. - Assure appropriate referrals are made to the Health Plan, High-Risk Case Manager, and/or community-based services. - Engage with patients, families, or caregivers either telephonically or on-site weekly and as needed. - Attend patient/family care conferences. - Assess and monitor patients’ continued appropriateness for SNF setting (as indicated) according to InterQual criteria or the nH Outcome. - When naviHealth is delegated for utilization management, review referral requests that cannot be approved for continued stay and are forward to licensed physicians for review and issuance of the NOMNC when appropriate. - Coordinate peer to peer reviews with naviHealth Medical Directors. - Support new delegated contract start-up to ensure experienced staff work with new contracts. - Manage assigned caseload in an efficiently and effectively utilizing time management skills. - Enter timely and accurate documentation into the CM Tool application. - Daily review of census and identification of barriers to managing independent workload and ability to assist others. - Review monthly dashboards, readmission reports, quarterly, and other reports with the assigned Clinical Team Manager, as needed, to assist with the identification of opportunities for improvement. - Adhere to organizational and departmental policies and procedures. - Maintain confidentiality of all PHI information in compliance with HIPPA, federal and state regulations, and laws. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. The position engages patients and families to share information and facilitate informed decisions.   By serving as the link between patients and the appropriate health care personnel, the SICC is responsible for ensuring efficient, smooth, and prompt transitions of care.   Responsibilities - Perform Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assessments on patients using clinical skills and appropriate measurement tools, such as nH Predict, nH Outcome, InterQual and CMS criteria, upon admission to SNF and periodically through the patient stays. - Review targets for Length of Stay (LOS), target outcomes, and discharge plans with providers and families. - Complete all SNF concurrent reviews, updating authorizations on a timely basis. - Collaborate effectively with the patients’ health care teams to establish an optimal discharge. The health care team includes physicians, referral coordinators, discharge planners, social workers, physical therapists, etc. - Assure patients’ progress toward discharge goals and assist in resolving barriers. - Participate weekly in SNF Rounds providing accurate and up to date information to the naviHealth Sr. Manager or Medical Director. - Assure appropriate referrals are made to the Health Plan, High-Risk Case Manager, and/or community-based services. - Engage with patients, families, or caregivers either telephonically or on-site weekly and as needed. - Attend patient/family care conferences. - Assess and monitor patients’ continued appropriateness for SNF setting (as indicated) according to InterQual criteria or the nH Outcome. - When naviHealth is delegated for utilization management, review referral requests that cannot be approved for continued stay and are forward to licensed physicians for review and issuance of the NOMNC when appropriate. - Coordinate peer to peer reviews with naviHealth Medical Directors. - Support new delegated contract start-up to ensure experienced staff work with new contracts. - Manage assigned caseload in an efficiently and effectively utilizing time management skills. - Enter timely and accurate documentation into the CM Tool application. - Daily review of census and identification of barriers to managing independent workload and ability to assist others. - Review monthly dashboards, readmission reports, quarterly, and other reports with the assigned Clinical Team Manager, as needed, to assist with the identification of opportunities for improvement. - Adhere to organizational and departmental policies and procedures. - Maintain confidentiality of all PHI information in compliance with HIPPA, federal and state regulations, and laws. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
