Job Summary naviHealth’s Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for the bi-weekly processing of payroll for naviHealth as well as other maintenance duties around the payroll process.   Responsibilities - Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis via ADP - Process new hire and CCR payroll related steps within the ADP appropriate module (Payroll, Time and Attendance and Time Off) - Reconcile timecard reporting using ADP’s Time and Attendance module. Communicate with managers and colleagues on errors – exceptions on timecards and deadlines. - Reconcile and respond timely, effectively and courteously to colleague inquiries received directly and via the payroll@navihealth.com email in box regarding payroll related matters and for non-payroll related matters forward to the appropriate naviHealth team - Update employee records in ADP for any changes to corporate departments, regions supervisors, etc. as requested via properly approved internal CCR forms - Support the reconciliation of payroll related monthly balance sheet accounts as assigned - Address requests for payroll information from various departments and outside agencies as authorized timely, effectively and courteously - Support Garnishment and taxing jurisdiction management, timely reporting and registrations as assigned - Support periodic payroll and related various agency auditing requests timely supporting effective and accurate reporting - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.   Qualifications - Associate’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or related field - 3-5 years of experience in a payroll position - ADP Workforce Now experience preferred - ADP WFN Custom Reporting experience preferred - Excellent customer service attitude - High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Strong communication skills - Ability to multi-task and operate at a high-level under pressure - Self-motivated   About naviHealth naviHealth is improving the healthcare experience for seniors to live more fulfilling lives. Job Summary The FP&A Analyst will play a leadership role in tracking, projecting, and driving financial and operational performance across the organization.  Further, the FP&A Analyst engages with leaders and has high visibility with senior leadership.  As a member of this team, the position has exposure to all aspects of naviHealth’s business model and is immersed in the rapidly growing value-based care vertical of the healthcare industry.   Responsibilities - Develop financial reports (and supporting analysis) including preparation of monthly financial reports, revenue/expense analysis schedules, forecast/budget summaries, and ad hoc reporting, budgeting and forecasting, including detailed departmental operating expense models, capital budgets and other ad hoc deliverables. - Analyze revenue, expense, and key driver variances for current month and year-to-date for actual versus plan, prior year, and period over period - Summarize and communicate flux revenue, expense, and key driver variance analysis to both business and financial management - Work with all business partners to understand factors driving variances and identify risks/opportunities to the budget - Prepare management decks (Monthly Operating Review, Executive Reporting Package, etc.) for senior management - Track Capital projects for proper capitalization, reports against budget, and measure initiative ROI - Produce and report various monthly reports to Operators - Prepare profitability analysis; support a set of critical models extensively relied on by business partners. - Prepare insightful monthly financial and business performance results reporting for management.  - Meet with operating unit/departmental management monthly to review operating expenses vs. plan/forecast and ensure actions are taken to mitigate unfavorable spend variances  - Complete other analyses and projections as requested by leadership - Work with CFO/Director of FP&A to support Senior Team regularly to identify opportunities for profitability improvements and/or cost efficiency savings - Work with accounting team to provide guidance on budget/forecast assumptions, develop analysis of monthly financial results, and variance analysis to budget/forecast. - Rolling monthly & multi-year forecasting, and related reporting using models/templates (Excel, pivot tables, etc.), Planning and Reporting Systems (OneStream), General Ledger systems as well as other financial systems - Responsible for building/updating revenue and expense models/spreadsheets for overall P&L views including supporting information – for the various budgeting and forecasting cycles - Assist with the deployment of tools, spreadsheets, etc. used to build bottoms-up departmental operating expense budgets & forecasts - Gather relevant supporting assumptions and details for common operating expenses from department heads - Support an organized, well-planned and communicated procedures/requirements for the budget & forecast cycles developed by the Director of FP&A - Effectively communicate key information pertaining to the budget and forecasts to management - Collaborate with the CFO/VP/Director to deliver business finance support to senior management that results in analytical decisions using core financial analysis.  - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Job Summary The Manager, Accounting is a key player across many areas within the accounting and reporting functions for naviHealth.  This position will lead a team and is responsible for supervising, tracking and evaluating day-to-day accounting activities.  This role will also be responsible for overseeing and continually improving the process(es) for collecting, verifying, analyzing and reporting information.    Responsibilities - Supervise a team of two Senior Financial Analysts and two Accounts Payable Coordinators - Partner on managing naviHealth’s monthly close process each month, working as necessary during this period for successful completion of reporting to naviHealth’s parent company and internal management, including: - Review and supervise the completion of the analysis of accrued expenses and related journal entries - Review and supervise the completion of variance and trend analyses supporting the accuracy of the financial statements - Review and supervise the Capitalized labor, Fixed Assets, Intangibles and Prepaid accounting and reporting activities - Review and supervise the company’s Concur expense reporting and American Express Card program and related accounting and reporting - Review and supervise the completion of the company’s analysis of the IT labor qualifying for capitalization and related journal entries - Oversee the accounts payable process, including, but not limited to: - Supervising and supporting two Senior Accounting Coordinators in the day to day accounts payable function - Reviewing the coding of invoices within Bill.com and naviHealth’s financial statements - Preparing weekly check runs to pay naviHealth’s vendors - Maintaining vendor records - Managing the process of completing naviHealth’s annual IRS 1099 forms for vendors paid by naviHealth through the AP process throughout the year - Oversee the company’s financial statements including all relevant footnotes, maintaining responsibility for completing the cash flow statement, and final compilation of the financial statements for the accounting and finance departments. - Partner with finance department on creating annual budgets and analyzing actual to budget variances - Draft and maintain corporate financial policies and procedures - Maintain and create standardized reports within Intacct, the company’s accounting system, for use by the entire accounting and finance organization - Oversee, review, and participate in monthly account reconciliations timely, as assigned - Assist with monthly, quarterly, annual and other periodic audit/SEC reporting or analysis as needed to meet company and other internal or external requirements - Identify and make recommendations for process and workflow improvements related to the Accounting financial close and account reconciliations to drive timeliness, accuracy and efficiencies - Assist with and oversee special projects as required - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting - Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred - Minimum 6 years of experience in an accounting role - Minimum 2 years of leadership or accounting team supervisory experience - Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and reporting - Positive, collaborative, team motivating outlook - Experience managing the AP process preferred - Strong communication skills - High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Ability to multi-task and operate at a high-level under pressure - Self-motivated and possesses a high degree of autonomy - Strong analytical skill set   About naviHealth naviHealth is improving the healthcare experience for seniors to live more fulfilling lives.
