Job Summary The Network Operations Specialist role will support and service clients, both internal and external, while navigating our contracts and contracting tool to maintain helpful and productive relationships with clients across our Care Transitions Platform (CTP) business. The Specialist will also help with strategy, reporting, analytics, sales process optimization, and general customer and prospect support. The Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the network relations and operations organization.
